Our Last Week

Time for some new clothes!

Since it was my last week at home before returning to work on Tuesday, Brooklynn and I decided to go to Greenville for a visit. It was good timing since Nick had a trial for which he needed to prepare. 

Brooklynn had a very exciting week in Greenville. Wednesday we spent the day shopping for new clothes since she had outgrown most of her newborn outfits.  We found lots of cute outfits to begin day care next week. 

Thursday we spent the day with Gram, Aunt Katie, and Marlee. Brooklynn also got meet Nick's Aunt Laura, Aunt Beth, Uncle TJ and cousins Charlie and Melissa.

Friday Brooklynn got to meet Granny and Papa. We were very excited to finally introduce them!  She also got to meet Aunt Bidney.  Brooklynn was crazy about Bidney.  I've never seen her so interested in someone.  It was funny to watch Brooklynn studying Bidney.

We headed back to Chapel Hill over the weekend, just in time for Nick to win his trial!  His teacher said that his closing argument was excellent!  We are very proud of him.
