But it is! I actually was successful at cooking! Yesterday I decided to search for some quick and easy crock pot recipes. I found a few and decided this was the week to see if I can actually fix a meal successfully from scratch. Yes, I know some of you must be giggling to yourselves, but hey you can't learn unless you try.
I decided to play it safe last night with a chicken and rice casserole that I've been successful with, so all I needed was a side. Nick loves mac and cheese, so I gave it a try in the crock pot! It was delicious. This side will definitely be added to the rotation.
