Brooklynn has arrived!

It is that time of year when the people sit around in various locations watching their respective balls drop to ring in a new year.  Midnight, December 31 is significant to people in all corners of the world, but for Jill and I that time will forever fail in comparison to 3:05 p.m. December 29.  On Monday, we welcomed Brooklynn Brown Farr into this world with a celebration and countdown that will leave those in Times' Square green with envy.  We have been anxiously waiting for 39 weeks for Jill's January 5th due date, but Brooklynn, like her parents, just doesn't think gifts have the same effect unless given at least a week ahead of time.  December 29 will forever be our New Year's Eve as we celebrate ushering in a new and exciting era in Brooklynn's life.  Who needs New York confetti when you have stinky diapers and a lack of sleep?

More pictures are posted in the album!
