Day Care

We FINALLY got Brooklynn into a day care today!  It is a little on the expensive side, but we think it will be worth making our first true  parental sacrifice.  We were sold on the school when discovering that the teachers are actually individuals with child development or education degrees.  Brooklynn will get to participate in daily yoga lessons, music class, jump bunch, sign language, Spanish, and arts and crafts!  Nick decided that it would be worth getting a job to have Brooklynn in an actual school instead of hanging around in a crib at a regular day care all day.  (He also thought it was cool that parents have to use a thumbprint to get into the building).  It looks as if we will be eating lots of peanut butter and jelly while Tugboat will be relegated to Ol' Roy for the next year and a half.  

We appreciate all of the prayers to help Brooklynn find the perfect day care.  Now we ask that those prayers be shifted to finding a way to help us pay for it!  In the end, we know that God always provides (and Brooklynn will know how to teach us the "squatting dog" yoga position).   For those interested, check out the link to Goddard School!
