Everyday I look forward to two things. The first is walking into Brooklynn's classroom and seeing that big smile cross her face when she sees us. The second is reading her Daily Activity Report. This report tells what Brooklynn did in each subject area, what she ate for lunch and how much, reports on her diaper changing, naps and also has a section called Memorable Moments. This is the area where the teacher can write a note about B. Here are her memorable moments from yesterday and today:
Wednesday's Memorable Moment: "Brooklynn! Brooklynn! Wow :) I'm so proud of her. She is doing so good over here! She is very independent. She had a great time in art, we painted sailboats. Go Brooklynn!"
Thursday's Memorable Moment: "Brooklynn was a shining star today. She really enjoyed her lunch and building towers."
What seems more memorable about Thursday for us was that she took a nap from 11:55- 2:15! Wow! In this class the kids are no longer sleeping in cribs, but on mats on the floor. Who knew that B could nap that long? It's also funny that everyday next to what she eats at lunch is the word "all". I'm shocked that she is eating things at school that she never ate at home. I guess the one year old class makes a little girl hungry by lunch time!
I've updated the January album. Just go to the Photos of Brooklynn link!
