Wow, this stomach bug has really hit both our families hard. Nick's whole family and my whole family have all had it with the exception of Gram and Blake. Tonight I also found out the cousin Kylie and Meredith both got sick. Maybe they shouldn't have invited us to Disney on Ice after all. It is obviously a very contagious virus. We hope cousin Marlee is feeling better tonight. She has ended up in the hospital twice due to this virus. Hopefully she can come back home soon. We are also hoping that Granny is feeling better. She doesn't have the stomach virus, but is also in the hospital. We want to visit her, but we are afraid of bringing this bug around. Get well soon EVERYBODY!
Today's Report by Grapes:
Brooklynn wasn't feeling well again last night and couldn't sleep. Finally her Mom and Dad let her in their bed, but she still tossed and turned all night. She woke up feeling ok and went on to school where she had a good day with her friends. B's teacher did say that B had a rough nap time because her breathing was so heavy due to all her congestion. Her mommy picked her up from school and they went straight to the doctor. I was a little concerned with Brooklynn's attitude when the doc came in. She wasn't happy to see him. She got herself together though and was great the whole way home and during the long wait at the pharmacy. I'd say that overall B was a good girl today considering she wasn't feeling well. Hopefully with her cough medicine and Tylenol she will sleep well tonight.-Grapes
