4th of July

Sorry for the delay in posting our 4th of July pics, but last week was kind of busy.

We went over to Nick's sisters house for a cookout on the 4th. Below are some of the pics from the cookout.

Brooklynn had a blast jumping on her cousin Marlee's trampoline.

Brooklynn and Marlee enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Brooklynn also really enjoyed the playhouse. She was definitely intrigued by the functioning doorbell.

Potty Training Update: B has done really well with her potty training since my last post, especially at school. However, she gets really irritated if you ask her if she needs to go and she flat out refuses if you ask. With that being said, she is really good about just going when she needs to. We've had accidents but usually only one or two a day. She is still wearing pull ups at night and on car rides that are over 15 minutes. So far it's been easier than I thought. A big shout out to Laurel and Jessie for all the potty training tips. They seem to be doing the trick!

Tomorrow is B's first dentist appointment. YES, I know she is 2 1/2 but I just haven't had the courage to take her. Tomorrow is the day. We shall see how it goes . . .
