Today Brooklynn and I made a tomato pie! My cousin, Meredith, sent me the recipe and since B loves, loves, LOVES tomatoes we thought we would give it a try. We mixed all the ingredients and then put it in the oven to bake. As we waited, I started to cut up a cantaloupe. B then spent the next 20 minutes munching on cantaloupe and wasn't even hungry by the time the pie was finished. I thought it was delicious though!
Not so sure about tomato pie yet.
Giving it a try.
