All Smiles!

More proof of Brooklynn's bad mood on Friday. You can tell how sleepy she was, and you can also tell how long her hair is getting. Almost time for another haircut.

At least Tugboat is smiling.



Luckily, Saturday she was in a much better mood. B got a new car seat for Nick's car and then a brand new slide! I bet she has now been down the slide 400 times in 24 hours.


The tricky part was teaching Brooklynn how to climb the ladder on the slide and to situate her feet before she slides down so that her leg didn't get caught underneath. It took about 7-8 times to practice and it seems that she has mastered it. I still need to watch her closely though.

Aunt Stephanie (or Aunt Steffy as B calls her) came into town tonight. We all went out to dinner and Brooklynn had a blast. We always try to sit in a booth bc B likes to stand up and eat. She had a great time climbing all over everybody and looking for belly buttons. I looked over at one point and she had what seemed like 200 napkins balled up in her hand which she had swiped from the waiter's station. Oops.



Tomorrow night we are looking forward to cooking out with Aunt Steffy! All smiles this weekend!
