Apples, Apples, Apples!

B sure was busy today. She slept in this morning and Nick finally woke her up about 9:45 only to then discover that B's favorite movie, Up, was on tv. I don't know what it is about Up, but she sits completely still and her eyes never leave the tv. Maybe it is all the balloons.


We met Gram, Poopa, Uncle Jason, Aunt Katie, and Marlee around noon for a trip to Sky Top Apple Orchard. Here are a few pics.

After our trip to the orchard we went to the Hendersonville Apple Festival. It was my first time ever hearing the words, "Man, this port-a-pot is NICE!" I had to cover up my laugh when I heard that! Brooklynn just had more fun than she could handle the past two days and had several melt downs on the way home.

After a huge dinner of mac & cheese, green beans, a roll and mashed potatoes she had a nice soak in the tub. Bedtime was difficult tonight since she was so tired and fussy. Luckily there wasn't too much screaming before she finally fell asleep. Tomorrow is going to be a day full of naps, I'm sure. Too bad for Pops who is itching to see B after a trip to Dallas this past week.
