A little girl who knows what she wants!

Nick got Brooklynn up this morning and she was not happy about it. After several crying fits, Nick got her fed, dressed and ready to put on her socks and shoes. Brooklynn, however, wanted to wear her Crocs. Her last daycare did not allow Crocs and so we were certain her new daycare would not either. Brooklynn fussed and fussed, but Nick finally got her ready to leave.
When I picked her up today the teacher said that she refused to wear her shoes and they finally had to take them off and leave them off. I guess she was serious when she told Nick this morning that she didn't want to wear shoes. I asked about Crocs and they said that she could wear them to school. Needless to say, B will be wearing her Crocs to school tomorrow unless of course she wants to wear socks and shoes. I'm sure she will let us know.

I've noticed this week that Brooklynn has been working on naming members of her family at school. It made me smile tonight when she kept walking around saying, "Mama, Dada, Boat Boat, Kitty Cat."
