Yesterday when we picked B up she was in the middle of snack time. She was chowing down on an oatmeal cookie. The picture above shows her after she finished it up on the way home. She made a mess!
Ms. Kema, her teacher, asked if we had noticed Brooklynn using her sign language at home. She said that all day long Brooklynn had been signing "nice." Brooklynn's class learns new signs every week and she had previously learned "nice." I told her that we had not noticed it but last night when Nick was flipping through the channels B got really excited when Nick stopped on the cartoon Wonder Pets. She started laughing, smiling and making her sign for "nice." It looks like Mickey Mouse may no longer be at the top of Brooklynn's favorite show list.
