Sunny Sunday

Brooklynn had a rough night last night. She was up throughout the whole night, but she woke up in a little better mood and took some long naps today. Her front left tooth seems to be close to breaking through, but who knows when that could happen? Her runny nose isn't getting much better either. I am constantly cleaning it out and wiping it, which she hates! She gets mad at me every single time she sees a washcloth.

Today we took B to the park and she had a great time. This was the first time it has been dry and warm enough for her to really explore. She had a good time on the swing with Nick and surprised us both by crawling through the tunnel and then going in again and camping out in the middle. The park ground is covered with shredded tires to create a cushion and she had a fun time walking through and kicking the tires. It took her a minute to figure out how to successfully walk on the tires, but she got the hang of it.

The results for my race were posted this morning. I finished in 36 minutes and 19 seconds. I just barely made my goal! What was most impressive when I looked at the results was the 76 year old who finished in 28 minutes! Awesome!
