Odds and Ends

Brooklynn said her first sentence yesterday! Well, if you can call three words a sentence. She was playing peek-a-boo with Mom and she said, "I see you." Mom had said that several times earlier and Brooklynn just decided she would repeat it.

She also added the word "book bag" to her list of words yesterday. We were out shopping and Mom bought her the cutest little book bag to carry to school. Brooklynn picked up the word pretty quickly.

Sunday when we were leaving church a train was passing through as we were getting in the car. B was amazed. She pointed with her mouth open and watched as it flew by. Then yesterday as we were visiting Nana, a helicopter landed at the hospital. B again pointed and smiled.

Nana has been doing much better the past day or two. We were hoping she would get to come home today, but they are doing some blood work this morning. Hopefully she will get to come home tomorrow.
