Brooklynn was so happy to see Nick today. Nick got here right about the time I got home from work and we went to pick her up together. She didn't let Nick out of her sight the rest of the night. Tomorrow she will skip school to have a full day with her daddy.
Today at school her teacher mentioned that B seemed to be getting bored with her class, so she spent the day with the older class, the Barnyard Buddies (ages 18-24 months). She had a great time with the older kids.
We took Tug to the dog park tonight and B met a new friend, an AussieDoodle, which is an Australian Shepard/Poodle mix. B loved her. The dog's name was Rigby and she was big and fluffy. The owner kept calling her name, "Rigby, Rigby." B then pointed to the dog and said, "Rigby." She is picking up more and more words every day!
Tonight we went to Ruby Tuesday's for dinner. B was a handful. She has almost decided that high chairs are for babies. Most of the time she will no longer sit in them. We got her a booster seat instead. This makes dinner a little more chaotic because B squirms everywhere. She kept grabbing the blinds tonight and hitting the lady behind us. B couldn't be separated from Nick, she only wanted him to hold her and feed her mac and cheese. This was fine with me, bc usually I'm the one who struggles with her when we get to go out to eat. Tonight it was funny to watch Nick wrestle with B and try to eat at the same time.

Girl that booster seat I gave you at your shower is perfect for this age. I take it to restaurants, strap it to the chair and buckle charlie in. He is almost 3 and we still use it!
You're right, Christie! It is at my parent's house bc they don't have a high chair and we used that seat last summer and when we go home now! I am definitely going to have to get it for restaurants!
