Not much going on here in our world this week. Nick is still studying and preparing for the bar next week. Our upstairs air conditioner is dead and the man came today to look at it only to tell us someone would be by probably next week to fix it. Great. The guy even suggested that we go and "spend a couple hundred dollars on a window unit until it is fixed." Yeah right! So Nick has been studying downstairs, which means B and I have been over at Pops and Mimi's house for the majority of the day so that we don't bother him. We head back when Nick needs a break and to fix dinner and then it is back to my parents' for the night. The upstairs temperature is hotter than the outside temperature so we are avoiding the bedrooms and playroom at all costs! Nick studies half the night and then sleeps on the downstairs couch since the downstairs air works.
Tomorrow Nick and I have a meeting so Brooklynn is going to get some much needed Aunt Bidney time. It will be good for B to get a little change of scenery!
